Refund Policy (Application Payment)

By clicking on “Pay Now”, “Proceed to Payment”, or any similar option and successfully completing a payment on this website, the payer (“Applicant”) expressly agrees to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:
- Nature of Application Amount
The application amount is for processing and verification only and is not a booking amount.
- The applicant will be notified regarding the approval status of the refund. Upon approval, the refund shall be credited to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer within 10 business days. If the application is rejected for reasons solely attributable to the developer, the amount paid shall be refunded without interest.
- Cancellation by Applicant
Voluntary withdrawal may attract administrative deductions at Atomoney’s(Wewealth Technologies Private Limited) discretion.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances
Incorrect information, non-compliance, or change of mind may result in forfeiture.
5. No Interest or Compensation
No interest or compensation shall be payable.
6. Force Majeure
Atomoney (Wewealth Technologies Private Limited )shall not be liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.
7. Final Authority
Atomoney’s(Wewealth Technologies Private Limited) decision shall be final and binding.
