By clicking on “Pay Now”, “Proceed to Payment”, or any similar option and successfully completing a payment on this website, the payer (“Applicant”) expressly agrees to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:
- Purpose of Payment
Any amount paid through this website is strictly towards an Application Fee / Expression of Interest (EOI) for plots at Ganga County by Atomoney( Wewealth Technologies Private Limited). This payment does not constitute a booking, allotment, sale, or transfer of any right, title, or interest in any immovable property.
- Nature of Application
Submission of an application and payment of the application fee does not guarantee allotment of any plot. All applications are subject to internal scrutiny, verification, approvals, availability, and compliance with applicable laws.
- No Representation or Warranty
All visuals, layouts, brochures, advertisements, and website content are indicative in nature and subject to change. No content shall be treated as a representation or warranty.
- Pricing & Statutory Charges
Prices and payment plans are subject to change. Government taxes, duties, stamp duty, registration charges, and other statutory levies shall be payable separately.
- Payment Gateway Disclaimer
Atomoney) Wewealth Technologies Private Limited) shall not be liable for transaction failures, technical errors, duplicate debits, or delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
- Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount received as the application fee only.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Right to Amend
Atomoney(Wewealth Technologies Private Limited) reserves the right to amend or withdraw these terms at any time.
